Double ball bearing! The carburetor shaft does not beat as fast, and the penetration of dirt and false air is almost impossible. Thereby a better idling behavior is conceded that even after several liters!

 

These carburetors have also been checked and where necessary calibrated so that they open at the right "pop-off" pressure

The "pop-off" pressure is the pressure at which the needle valve opens allowing the fuel to enter the dosing chamber.

It is true that the adjustments to the fuel mixture are made by the Hi and Lo screws. But if the pop-off pressure is too high, this can lead to a depleted mixture, especially at high speeds.

Such a situation will cause overheating of the engine and possibly even damage to the engine!

If the pop-off pressure is too low, the carburetor will have a flood tendency, especially at low and medium speeds. It will also cause problems when restarting a warm engine.
