Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on weight, shipping method and country of destination.

Standard shipments are usually sent via DPD or PostNL. For express shipments we rely on the services of FedEx. Transit times may vary depending on the destination country. Please contact us if you would like a more accurate delivery estimate.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an e-mail containing the shipment details and tracking information.

If not all ordered items are in stock or available in the requested quantity, we will inform you whether and how a partial shipment can be arranged. Separate backorders or additional deliveries are possible upon request. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for separate follow-up shipments.

Collection

Of course, you are welcome to collect your order at our company in Deventer, or during a race event where we are present.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that problems may occasionally occur. We will always do our best to resolve any issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused;
  • be in its original packaging;
  • be in the same condition as when you received it.

How do I return an item?

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please include a copy of your original purchase receipt with the returned package.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and you will be notified that we have received your return.

If your return is approved, we will process a refund using the original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 3 days.
