Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated automatically depending on weight, shipping method and country of destination. Shipping runs normally by DPD or PostNL, and for expresse shipments we trust on the reliability of UPS. Transit times may differ based on different countries, contact us for a more precise estimation.
You will receive an automatically generated message with the shipment details and tracking data as soon as your shipment is on transport.
If not all ordered parts are in stock, or not in the ordered quantity, it will be communicated whether and how a partial delivery will be made. If the missing parts are available again and a separate subsequent delivery is required, extra shipping cost will be charged.
Collecting
Of course you can pick up your order in our company in Deventer, or during a race where we are present. Send us a message or write an e-mail to make an appointment.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase but we know that sometime issues may arise. We will do everything we can to ensure that this is resolved quickly and efficiently. We're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition as so you received it.

How do I return an item?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account (unsing the original method of payment) You will receive the credit within 3 days.
